Piano Refurbishing
Pianos get to the point where they require more than a tuning or basic repairs. By the time parts are too worn to recondition they may require replacement.
Old worn parts are removed and new parts are then installed and regulated. Not sure if your piano is at this point?

Piano Rebuilds
Piano rebuilds are the most extensive and time consuming projects for a piano owner yet the most rewarding. These are strictly done through consultations. Piano Voicing
Unhappy with the tone of your piano? Let us customize the tone for you. You may choose your tone character to be bright, mellow, warm & rich, sweet, bold, etc. Price includes tuning service as well.
Piano Voicing is tone manipulation through hammer reshaping, altering the hardness or softness of the hammer, or redistributing the tension of the hammer through needling.
This is an awesome service for anyone who is not satisfied with the tone quality of their piano. Maybe it sounds too harsh, or the harmonics are distracting, or it is too mellow or mushy sounding. All of this can be corrected through voicing.

Piano Cleaning
We do deep piano cleanings in the places you can’t reach. Whether it be a deep cleaning to get out all the dust and objects that have fallen through, or a string corrosion removal from what the weather elements have done to the strings.

More often than not, pianos require much more than a tuning. Most piano owners do not realize how much maintenance is required to properly care for their pianos. This usually results in the need for extensive repairs that can be expensive. The Piano Mechanic offers subscriptions to better help our clients budget for their piano service needs in a much more affordable and comprehensive way. Below is a breakdown of our six subscription packages.

Our Forte Package is our top tier package. It is perfect for our clients who have older pianos and or live in humid/moist areas.
Our Music Education/Multi-Piano Subscription Packages are designed for our music educators, educational institutions who have more than one piano in use, music lesson businesses, and even the piano enthusiast who has more than one piano at their home. The Music Education/Multi-Piano Subscription Package III is for institutions who have 6-8 pianos.
Our Mezzo Forte Package is our mid level package. It is perfect for the client with a good climate controlled house with a mid-age piano.
Our Music Education/Multi-Piano Subscription Packages are designed for our music educators, educational institutions who have more than one piano in use, music lesson businesses, and even the piano enthusiast who has more than one piano at their home. The Music Education/Multi-Piano Subscription Package II is for institutions who have 3-5 pianos.
Our Piano Package is our basic package. It allows our clients to budget their piano’s basic needs for a year over a monthly subscription price.
Our Music Education/Multi-Piano Subscription Packages are designed for our music educators, educational institutions who have more than one piano in use, music lesson businesses, and even the piano enthusiast who has more than one piano at their home. The Music Education/Multi-Piano Subscription Package I is for educators who have 2 pianos.

We sell previously owned that we have completely refurbished to like new conditions. We also have products available that will help you to keep your piano in good condition between services.
